A patient with a tumour on the right lower lobe of the lung; a biopsy with an ultrasound examination confirmed adenocarcinoma. After the biopsy the chest wall was bloody.
An ultrasound examination was performed by linear and sector probes. In the subcutaneous tissue a homogeneous hypoechoic area is visible – a hematoma.
