A patient with adenocarcinoma of the cervix uteri, on the CT the lung lode on the left pressing down on the chest wall.
On the ultrasonography we can see an oval hypoechoic lode pressing down on the chest wall, „lung sliding“ present, biopsy confirmed metastatic primary cervical adenocarcinoma.
